Below are the event registration forms that you can download, complete and return to either the Information Centre (on Sundays) or the Church Office.

Deep Freeze Event for Jr. Youth (grades 7-8)

February 3-5, 2012 at Camp Crossroads
Cost: $110, payable to Waterloo MB Church
Individual Registration Form to be returned to the Information Centre or Church Office by January 22

Jr & Sr. Youth General Registration

To be a part of the Youth program at WMB in 2011-2012, please have your parent or guardian complete both sides
of this form and return it to WMB Mailbox "A" or the Information Centre.
