| R | R is for relationships. Because we value gathering and grace, we support our kids as they build strong relationships with their shepherds, each other, and most importantly, with Jesus. | | A | A is for application. Because we value growing, we encourage our kids to discover the relevance of the Bible lesson by asking, “How does this lesson change the way I live my life?”
| | I | I is for invitation. Because we value growing and going, we invite kids into a personal relationship with Jesus and we encourage them to invite their friends to new life in Christ.
| | N | N is for nurturing. Because we value growing and giving, we encourage kids to give generously of their time and resources to allow God’s Spirit to work in their lives.
| | B | B is for biblical. Because we value glorifying God we never incorporate an activity into any lesson without first asking, “How does this reinforce the Bible teaching point?”
| | O | O is for outreach. Because we value going and giving, we encourage kids to have missional hearts to support God’s work locally and internationally.
| | W | W is for worship. Because we value glorifying God, we provide opportunities for kids to lead their peers in worship and to freely express their own response to God’s character. |
