Actors and Readers Wanted
Calling all actors ages 10 +up! If you are interested in acting in a short Easter Drama during the services on Sunday, April 4, please contact Michelle Herrle (jmherrle

We are also looking for people to read Scripture during the Good Friday Services on April 2. All ages are welcome as we would love a diverse group! Contact Duane Boles in the Church Office to be involved.

Faith at Home for Preschoolers
Sunday, March 14 at 9am
Faith at Home event for preschoolers - "Family Blessing". This event was rescheduled from January. Parents of children who were 2 or 3 in 2008 (preschoolers) are invited to attend this event in Room 210 on March 14. You will learn about the physical, emotional, relational and spiritual benefits of blessing your children, and receive samples of Scripture blessings that you may speak to your children each day.

Camp Crossroads 2010
Online registration for Camp Crossroads opens February 1, 2010! Summer Camps for ages 8 - 18, plus four family camps this year.
In-person registration will be held on February 2 at Glencarin MB (726 Erinbrook Dr., Kitchener) 5:30 - 8pm.
Summer Staff Applications are due in February! Check out the Camp staff page to learn more about summer employment opportunities for Young Adults (ages 17 - 25).

Community BBQ Planning Team
Tuesday March 23 at 7pm
We will host a Community Barbeque on Saturday, June 12, on our land down the road - a time for WMBers to gather and invite neighbours and friends for food, music and carnival activities! A team to plan this event will gather on Tuesday, March 23 at 7pm. If you are interested in helping out, please plan to join us and RSVP to Julie Preis in the Church Office by March 18.
Retirees Connection
Tuesday March 23 at 12 noon
All retired adults are invited to meet for lunch on Tuesday, March 23at 12 noon in the WMB Chapel. Please bring $5 to help cover the cost of lunch. Brenda Eckstein, owner of Branda's Floral Design, will demonstarte the art of crating a floral display. Please bring a friend or two plus empty milk bags for our mission project.

Faith at Home Grade 2
Sunday, March 28 at 9am
Grade 2 children and their parents are invited to come to the Family Worship Faith at Home event being held in Room 10l. You will learn about the Scriptural foundations and key components of celebrating the Sabbath. Together we will explore some practical ways to make it a priority, and discover how to make the day rich and enjoyable for the whole family.

Camp Crossroads Powerboats
Summer needs
Spring is almost here and we are planning for an exciting summer at Camp Crossroads. We have a need to replace one of our older powerboats for our wakeboard/water-ski program. This is what we’re looking to purchase: New or slightly used 17-19 foot bowrider, 3.0 Litre inboard/outboard with a wakeboard tower. Maundy Thursday
Thursday, April 1, between 7-9pm
April 1 at 7pm, come to WMB and reflect upon Jesus' journey of humility and sacrifice toward His death on the cross. Prayer stations will focus on specific themes encountered in the events of this last week of Jesus’ life. You may visit the prayer stations at your own pace, and take time in the Sanctuary to quietly reflect on Christ’s forgiveness and restoration.

Services of remembrance and communion, April 2 at 9:00 & 10:45. This is a family-friendly service. Nursery will be available for children 0-3years.

Celebration 2010
July 12-18, 2010
On January 6, 1860, eighteen individuals in a small village in what is now Ukraine signed a document delcaring their intention to begin a renewal movement tht became known as the Mennonite Brethren Church. On July 12-18, 2010, Mennonite Brethren from North America and around the globe will meet in British Columbia to celebrate how God continues to work through Mennonite Brethren.
