
Beyond a Reasonable Doubt
In Acts 17, for one of the first times, Paul is addressing an audience in Athens with no Jewish background and little knowledge of Jesus. But Paul would have been well prepared to speak to this group of people. He came from Taursus, an educational centre. He had the training and knowledge to present his beliefs clearly and persuasively. Paul was a rabbi, taught by the finest scholar of his day, Gamaliel.
