 MEALS FOR ENCOURAGEMENT provides fresh and frozen meals in a time of need. New parents, families in time of bereavement, those coming out of the hospital, etc. are encouraged by this practical expression of love. Volunteering with this ministry would mean making yourself available to be called on from time to time to cook a meaningful meal for a family who needs it, or participating in cook-offs to stock our Meals for Encouragement (M4E)freezer. To prepare meals for our M4E freezer, please read these instructions, and print off and complete these labels to attach to either foil containers or microwavable containers.
