Nehemiah 9:32 - 10:39
Have you ever been convicted to do something? An issue, a concern has so gripped your heart that you just had to act on it? In 445 BC in Jerusalem, the Israelite people were so touched by their encounter with the living God during the rebuilding of a wall, that they couldn't help but be moved to action. They couldn't help but worship Him. They couldn't help but stand in the heat of the day for 5-6 hours to listen to the scriptures being read. They couldn't help but repent of their sins and they couldn't help but be drawn back to Yahweh, the covenant God, to recommit to their relationship with Him and to take action in the areas that they have neglected. Revival came to Jerusalem in 445 B.C., God's glory was restored to the city through his people but, did it last? Join us for the message from Nehemiah Chapter 9 and 10, "From this Moment".

Nehemiah 3 & 4
The beginning of a major community project or activity always seems to be an exciting time. Confidence and optimism are high and people are energized. When fatigue, frustration and bickering begin to seep into the mindset of the people? In the book of Nehemiah, in the bible, Nehemiah knew all about rallying the people to a cause and when opposition and disunity sought to derail the project of rebuilding the city of , Nehemiah got his strength and wisdom from God and he pointed his people to this same source of strength.Jerusalem

Nehemiah 5
The two sides are embroiled in a tense standoff. The crowd is cheering the home side on until suddenly they shift their allegiances. They begin to hinder the success of their own team by setting up obstacles to their advancement. This seems like an unlikely scenario until you open the book of Nehemiah in the Old Testament and discovered that this is exactly what is being played out in the fifth chapter. The Israelite people, under Nehemiah's leadership, are at work on the wall - a rebuilding project that they hope will restore the glory of God to the holy city of Jerusalem, but they face opposition from outside forces. At least that was to be expected, but to then face adversity from your own people? Opposition from within your own ranks? Join us as we discover how God uses Nehemiah to lead His people through even the most unlikely of circumstances in "Tears on my Pillow".
