Karen oversees all missional strategies and assessments with Paul McIlwraith. In addition, she oversees some aspects of care in our community, as well as preaching and teaching, and leading our manuscript Bible study initiatives.

Staff Team

She serves as the hub for all care issues and "de-centralize" them for follow up to the most appropriate small group or staff member. Bonita is also the contact for connecting new (and not so new!) people into appropriate ministry areas, programs and/or information.

Joanna leades and oversees all aspects of young adult ministry (18-26) and continues to build relationships with ministries on campus and be a support and resource for young adults.

Vicki will leads all aspects of children's ministry (newborn - grade 6) and is a support and resource for families of children.
