Duane gives leadership to our worship services and church wide worship and the arts initiatives and integrates missional opportunities for worship and the arts throughout our community.

Karen West
Pastor, Missional Initiatives
Karen oversees all missional strategies and assessments with Paul McIlwraith. In addition, she oversees some aspects of care in our community, as well as preaching and teaching, and leading our manuscript Bible study initiatives.

Kim Knight
Director, Administrative Operations
Kim oversees all areas of administration and the day to day activities and functioning of the church building, human resources and the administrative staff.

Lead Pastor
Paul gives general oversight of all aspects of WMB Church, preaching and teaching and connecting with our broader community.

Bonita Eby
Pastor, Care & Connecting
Bonita oversees all WMB community care. She serves as the hub for all care issues and "de-centralizes" them for follow up with the most appropriate small group or staff member. Bonita loves meeting others, hearing their stories and providing information to help them to connect and serve in WMB’s ministry areas and programs.

Jason Stefan
Pastor, Youth and Families
Jason is the newest member of our pastoral team (July 2010), and gives leadership to WMB's Jr. and Sr. High Ministry. Welcome, Jason!

Julie DeMelo
Director, Children's Ministries
Julie oversees children's Sunday morning programming and helps develop missional opportunities involving children in our community.

Pete Olsen
Pastor, Age-Based Ministry
Pete leads and oversees all age-based ministry: children, youth and young adults - to build relationships and be a support and resource for families, volunteer leaders, and staff in these areas.

Rebecca Saunders
Communications Coordinator
Rebecca oversees and coordinates all aspects of WMB internal and external communications, including web and Sunday mornings. She also administratively supports Paul McIlwaith.

Sarah Whyte
Director, Global Outreach Missions
Sarah oversees WMB outreach initiatives into our city, our country, and our world.

Vicki Brown
Pastor, Children and Families; Prayer Initiatives
Vicki leads and oversees all aspects of children's ministry (newborn - grade 6) and is a support and resource for families of children.
Vicki also gives some time to leading and implementing church-wide prayer initiatives in our faith community.

Wayne Porty
Director, Barnabas Missions
Wayne oversees outreach initiatives to those both within our WMB community and to those in our cities who are living on a limited budget and who are struggling financially. His focus to creatively provide assistance to individuals and families through practical supports, including providing a compassionate ear, budgeting skills, discussing community resources, as wll as direct financial assistance.
