Waterloo MB can feel like a big place!  While it is exciting to be a part of a large gathering during a Sunday Morning Service, we also know that God has created us for relationship with one another. When you are ready, you are invited to meet others by trying one or more of the following - even once - until you find a right fit for you!

Newcomers Brunch

At the Newcomers Brunch, you have the opportunity to meet people from our congregation as well as others who are new to WMB over a cold brunch buffet. As our guest, you will learn more about WMB Church in a casual atmosphere. Open Table

A focus group for those who seek to explore who Jesus is and why he matters. You will experience a safe and authentic environment to ask real questions and discover Jesus alongside others. To learn more about an upcoming session, contact Dean Sherk.

Sunday Forum

On Sundays a large intergenerational group of people meet at 9-10:15am in the Chapel to learn in community through teaching and discussion.  Visit the Sunday Forum to explore topics relevant to culture, church and the mission of Christ.

Tuesday Morning Break (TMB)

A large group setting for women who want to grow in faith, hope and love. Receive encouragement from other women in your spiritual life and faith through topical or biblical studies and small group discussion at TMB.

Manuscript Study

We are very excited to offer Manuscript Bible Study as a way to study scripture together!  Through these studies, we are given the opportunity to engage scripture together in a large group context in order to encounter Jesus Christ himself.

Neighbourhood Groups (NG)

NGs are groups of people who are connecting with each other to build relationships, serve their community and love their neighbors. Get to know WMB people and make a difference right in your own neighborhood. 

Serve

At Waterloo MB, we believe one of the best ways to connect is to serve alongside others in a way that brings you joy!  Build relationships as you share your unique skills, gifts or interests in an area of service.
